We will do everything in our power to make a situation right if there is ever a problem with an order. Replacement arrangements will be delivered appropriately in the event of a wrong product being received or if the product received was not up to the customer's expectation. 

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted since each arrangement is uniquely designed for each customer's need and occasion. Refunds, whether partial or full, will be issues when necessary as needed.
